The Poker.com site layout is well laid out, however a little bit flashy and salesy. When I go to the site I see "download" written all over it, but I also see a lot of great content on Poker.com. Poker.com provides free plans for how to build a poker table, history of poker, poker wallpaper, and a "spokesbabe" named Tina.
Poker.com has great software. When you begin to load Poker.com you will be prompted to login and then you will see a series of eye pleasing Flash sequences before you are brought to the lobby. The Poker.com lobby is also the only one of its kind. There is background "elevator music" that keeps you calm while you search for a table to play at. The lobby has a filtering feature where you can filter the games to that of your liking. There is also an option to maximize the Poker.com software so it fills your screen.
After you choose your table you will notice that the players have the option of creating custom avatars to display. Something else that I noticed while playing was the ability to rabbit hunt your cards once you have won the hand (before the river or showdown of course). Poker.com has done a very nice job in creating their software.

Poker.com has some of the best customer service that I have ever had the liberty of testing. Poker.com has an online reporting system where Poker.com players can report "bugs" at any time of the day. The Poker.com personnel will examine the software and check on the possible "bugs" no matter what time of the day it is. Poker.com is in a way like a democracy, they give players what they want. Poker.com players have the opportunity to give their personal input on the Poker.com software and web site. If there is something that you would like to say about the Poker.com online poker software or Poker.com site, Poker.com provides you with a chat box where they encourage you to do so.
I personally believe that it is a good thing to see your ideas being read and taken into consideration by the big guys at one of the world's largest online poker rooms on the internet. If their customer service doesn't give you a kick, then I wouldn't want to play against a poker player like you.

The players at Poker.com can be summed up in one word... soft. At the time that I wrote this I have played at Poker.com for a few months and I have no reason to believe that any other poker room would have as crappy players as Poker.com does. It's not unusual for a smart player to sit down at a no limit table and triple their money within an hour. Playing at Poker.com could bring in enough money to be a full time job.

You can play Texas Holdem and Omaha there, but rumor has it that Poker.com plans on implementing other online poker games such as Stud Poker, Video Poker, and other variants of poker in the future.
