Known mostly for its native mac backgammon game, GamesGrid is now offering online poker for PC as well as a downloadable Mac poker client. Their website graphics are incredible, but their software needs work. The soft competition more makes up for these shortfalls.

GamesGrid.com is very simple and organized. It is also packed full of useful content. GamesGrid offers their players poker basics, rules, a tour, poker news, a frequently asked questions guide, and much more.
The GamesGrid Poker application lacks something that most other sites offer and that is human avatars and an appealing interface. GamesGrid Poker is for the simple player or a Mac poker player. Simple and sweet is what GamesGrid is all about. PacificPoker doesn't have human avatars either, but they are smooth and easy to play at if you have a Mac and PokerRoom.com's avatars are simple 2D characters (light version) that don't even look that great.

GamesGrid can't seem to retain their players very well and I attribute this problem to their poor software. However, it seems as if affiliates are really pushing GamesGrid Poker to Mac poker and baccarrat players. Some baccarrat players are converting over to poker as well.
I would say that there are usually between 250 and 550 real money players during peak hours.
