Review of Jungle Poker
Jungle Poker is an online poker room that has only recently started up. While Jungle Poker is just getting its feet on the ground, it has shown a desire to compete with the large and well established poker rooms someday. The Jungle Poker website looks as good as any poker room website, and when starting out, Jungle Poker offered a multitude of freerolls to bankroll its players. Jungle Poker is committed, and it will be interesting to see just how far they go.
The Jungle Poker software is very professional and easy to navigate. There is very little, if any, unnecessary clutter, and table information is presented in a direct manner. The graphics are very good, especially at the poker tables. The player avatars are unique and refreshing, unlike the stereotypical player avatars at other sites.
Just like the software, Jungle Poker’s website is simple and direct, with no unnecessary clutter. It tells players what they need to know, and provide a professional accounts page with no flair.
Jungle Poker is simple and direct, which makes for a nice change from other poker sites all by itself.
The only support currently available at Jungle Poker is email support. There are a few separate email addresses for different concerns as well. I expect more customer service to become available as Jungle Poker grows and can employ more personnel.
With Jungle Poker just starting out, competition has been hard to label. However the population at Jungle Poker does seem to have decent skill, but also seem to be somewhat loose.
Jungle Poker offers Texas Holdem, Omaha, and Omaha Hi/Lo. Omaha is played in pot limit, while Omaha Hi/Lo can be played with no limit and pot limit rules. Texas Holdem is available in limit, pot limit, and no limit. I expect more game variety to become available as Jungle Poker grows.
There is typically a few hundred players online at Jungle Poker. This is good news for Jungle Poker, as most new poker rooms have a smaller population than Jungle Poker has. Of course, Jungle Poker has nowhere near the number of players that established poker rooms have, but Jungle Poker is growing and will continue to grow in the future.
There are quite a few tournaments available at Jungle Poker. Tournaments are available from the sit n go, heads-up, multi-table, WSOP, turbo, and freeroll varieties. A large percentage of Jungle Poker’s population likes to play in the tournaments.
Jungle Poker sported a large amount of freerolls in the past to entice players to win their Jungle Poker bankrolls. While not nearly as many freerolls are offered now, freerolls are still extremely common. Jungle Poker offers more freerolls than a lot of other poker sites.
The stakes at Jungle Poker range from $0.05/$0.10 to $50/$100. It can be hard to find a game at the higher stakes, especially considering Jungle Poker’s low population. The majority of the games played at Jungle Poker are low stakes games.
There are no private games available at Jungle Poker.
The deposit bonuses make up the players reward system at Jungle Poker. Jungle Poker is just too small to support anything else at this point in time.
Jungle Poker is currently only directly compatible with Windows. A PC emulator is required to play Jungle Poker for Mac.
You can deposit money into your Jungle Poker account with any of the following: Neteller, FirePay, MyATMOnline, ewalletXpress, MoneyBookers, and Instadebit.
You can withdraw your winnings using the methods listed above
There are no casino games available at Jungle Poker.
